About Me!

Can't say you didn't learn anything!
Here's a recipe for Pico de Gallo that serves ~4

Ingredients:
- 5 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Large lemon
- 2 Limes
- 1 or 2 White onion(s), depending on how much you like onion
- 1 Serrano Pepper (see spicy prefences below)
- Salt and pepper

Directions:
- Dice all tomatoes and onions and place into a large, preferably metal bowl. Mix well with your hands.
*Don't use a spoon because you may crush all of the tomatoes (speaking from experience)
- FOR MORE SPICE: keep the seeds in the peppers when you dice them.
- FOR LESS SPICE: remove all seeds before dicing. Place into bowl.
- Squeeze lemon and lime juice over the contents in the bowl. Mix well again.
- Dash some salt and pepper over everything. If you want to get technical, that's about a tablespoon's worth. However, it's best to measure with your heart and sodium intake.
- Served best alongside tortilla chips. I prefer using chips shaped like scoops for maximum juice and pico intake.

Congrats! Now you can make authentic Mexican Grandma Pico de Gallo.
Enjoy!
